Here at MAM we have the facilities to progress your treatment to incorporate a progressive strength and conditioning program.
Primarily it's used to improve athletic performance and reduce injury risk.
It's more than just lifting heavy weights. We encompass everything that is required to develop and improve physical performance. This can be through a combination of speed, agility, plyometric, core stability and strength training.
Strength and conditioning training doesn't have to be only for elite athletes. Anybody can begin a S&C program if they wish following an appropriate assessment and subsequent personalised treatment plan.
