Sports Massage

Used as a therapeutic modality to help ease muscular aches and pains in the short term post competition, injury.

I use sports massage as an adjunct to encourage movement and function and longer term, self management.

​

My aim is to give you the tools to self manage your injuries not to become over reliant on passive therapies.

​
