Matt qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2008 from York St John University. Over the last fourteen years Matt's primary interest and passion has been treating musculoskeletal conditions in both the sporting and public environment. Having worked in both rugby and football, the NHS and private sector Matt has gained a vast and varied amount of experience in dealing with the complexities and challenges of managing sporting, occupational, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal complaints.

Matt currently works in Rotherham, Wakefield and as a First Contact Practitioner. Matt has a continued interest in keeping up to date with the latest research and evidence and actively participates in regular training courses, recently completing the Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine held by the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine and Primary Care Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Medicine Society. Matt is a keen sportsman himself, primarily athletics and strength and conditioning.
